My Support Space

Many people don’t feel like talking to anybody after having been affected by crime.  This is nothing unusual and your feelings may change over time.

We don’t want anyone to be unable to access support after becoming a victim of crime. This is why we recently launched My Support Space which provides access to a variety of self-help resources that you can access from home.

Guides on My Support Space include topics such as difficult emotions, coping strategies, trauma and sleep. These are all common issues that people may experience after crime.
